Why agencies use Dev-Hire

Your brand, not ours

Engineers work under your name, email and processes. We never contact your clients.

Shortlists in 24 hours

Partners get priority: 3 to 4 vetted engineers per role within 24 hours, and first pick of newly vetted engineers in their stacks.

One monthly price

Payroll, benefits, equipment and free replacement are included. No placement fee.

Scale with your pipeline

Add engineers when you win work and release them at the end of any month.

5% off from five seats

Once you have five or more engineers with us, every one of them is 5% cheaper, for as long as you keep five.

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us the role

Stack, seniority, hours and start date, in plain English.

  2. 02

    Pick from your shortlist

Within 24 hours you get 3 to 4 engineers with skills, experience and monthly rates. Interview the ones you like.

  3. 03

    They join your team

Your engineer starts within a week, works in your tools and joins your client's standups under your brand.

Pricing

The same public monthly prices as every client, all-inclusive. Mid-level, senior and lead engineers are listed on the pricing page.

The fine print, in plain words

  • You own the work your engineers do for you and your clients.
  • Engineers sign your client NDAs when needed.
  • We do not approach your clients. You do not hire our engineers directly during the engagement or for 12 months after.
  • Month to month after any first term. Free replacement if an engineer is not the right fit.
