How we vet

Only the top 1.5% of applicants are published.

Every engineer passes four stages, run by senior engineers, before a buyer ever sees them. You still make the final call.

Four stages. Every engineer.

Each stage is run by people. An engineer who misses one does not move on, and never reaches a shortlist.

    Communication

English fluency, professionalism and client readiness.

Most of the work happens in pull requests, tickets and calls, so clear communication is tested on its own.

You still make the final call.

Vetting gets you to a shortlist of 3 to 4 engineers within 48 hours. Choosing the one is yours. We recommend that you:

  1. 01Interview the shortlisted engineers yourself.
  2. 02Ask for a walkthrough of a past project, including the tradeoffs they made.
  3. 03Run a short pairing session or code review on your own codebase.
  4. 04Confirm a daily overlap window with your working hours.

What every profile shows.

The result of vetting is evidence you can read before you talk to anyone.
